Para el cumplimiento de la presente Ley destinase la cantidad de cinco mil pesos ($5.000), los que necesariamente se incluirán en el Presupuesto de la próxima vigencia. Caso de no hacerse, queda ampliamente facultado el Gobierno Nacional para levantar los créditos o hacer los correspondientes traslados.
