ARTICULO 96 . EFECTIVIDAD DE LA SUSPENSION PROVISIONAL. Para dar cumplimiento a la suspensión provisional, se enviará inmediatamente copia del acto al nominador y al pagador respectivo. Igualmente se remitirá copia de esta decisión a los superiores jerárquicos de quien la profiere.
