° Por el hecho-de no remitir las relaciones dentro del término expresado, incurrirán los responsables en una multa de diez pesos ($ 10) oro, que impondrá bajó la misma sanción el Jefe de la Sección .de Contabilidad del respectivo Ministerio, con la firma del Ministro. En caso de reincidencia se destituirá al empleado responsable.
