Art. 1.° Todo individuo que ocupe terrenos incultos pertenecientes a la Nacion, a los cuales no se les haya dado aplicacion especial por la lei, i establezca en ellos habitacion i labranza, adquiere derecho de propiedad sobre el terreno que cultive, enalquiera que sea su estension.
