Cuando el Presidente de la República haya accedido a asistir a una Fiesta diplomática, el Embajador o Ministro remitirá anticipadamente al Ministerio de Relaciones Exteriores la lista completa de las personas que se propone invitar, como también copia del discurso que haya de pronunciar, si el invitante desea ofrecer el homenaje en esa forma.
