La Junta Calificadora estará compuesta en Bogotá por el Director General de Marina o un Oficial que lo represente, por un Oficial de la escuela Naval; por los profesores que sean necesario tomados de la Escuela Naval o de la escuela Militar de Cadetes y por los Oficiales de Sanidad designados por la Dirección General de Sanidad En Cartagena, por el Comandante de la Base Naval o un Oficial que lo represente; por el Director de la Escuela Naval, por los profesores internos del Instituto y por el jefe de Sanidad de la Base.
