Reglamentación de la entrega del Subsidio. El Subsidio Familiar de Vivienda será entregado por las entidades otorgantes o por las entidades que éstas designen, a quien suministre o financie la solución de vivienda en la cual se aplicará el Subsidio, previa autorización del hogar beneficiario, en la forma y modalidades correspondientes que para el efecto expidan el Instituto Nacional de Vivienda de Interés Social y Reforma Urbana, Inurbe, y la Caja de Crédito Agrario, Industrial y Minero.
