Los expendedores subalternos cuidaran de hacer pedido de papel sellado y de las estampillas al Administrador principal de Correos o al general de hacienda o al empleado de quien dependan, con la anticipación debida, a fin de que no se carezca ni de papel sellado ni de estampillas en la respectiva Oficina. Estos pedidos se harán teniendo en cuenta el consumo ordinario.
