ARTICULO 3.8.2.5.- CONTRIBUCION DE LA EMPRESA. En el acta de constitución se determinará, de manera general, el monto de la contribución que la empresa se obliga al Fondo en beneficio exclusivo de los trabajadores que participen en el mismo, contribución que será equivalente a el cincuenta por ciento (50%) de los aportes legales voluntarios.
