Responsabilidad del Fondo Nacional de Ahorro. La responsabilidad del Fondo Nacional de Ahorro en el pago de cesantías a los afiliados, se limitará al monto de los aportes de cesantías efectivamente consignados, los intereses sobre las cesantías y el reconocimiento del valor a que se refieren los artículos 11 y 12 del presente decreto.
