Los gerentes o directores de los Establecimientos Públicos, en caso de irregularidad en el manejo presupuestal, deberán solicitar al Director General del Presupuesto la práctica de visitas de inspección presupuestal, sin perjuicio de las acciones administrativas que deba adoptar y de la acción penal a que puedan dar lugar tales irregularidades.
