Sujetos De La Ley

Ley 1170 de 2007 · por medio de la cual se expide la ley de teatro colombiano y se dictan otras disposiciones.

Serán considerados como sujetos de esta ley quienes se desempeñen dentro de alguno de los siguientes roles:

a)

Quienes tengan relación directa con el público, en función de un hecho teatral o escénico en tiempo presente;

b)

Quienes tengan relación directa con la realización, producción, técnica y logística artística del hecho teatral, aunque no con el público o con o sin relación directa con él;

c)

Quienes indirectamente se vinculen con el hecho teatral sean productores técnicos, investigadores, instructores, críticos o docentes de teatro o artes escénicas.
