º . Para acceder al alivio previsto en el artículo 19 de la Ley 716 de 2001, las personas deberán poner al día mediante pago, dentro del año siguiente a la vigencia de la ley, todas las obligaciones por las cuales hayan sido reportadas a los bancos de datos.
