Reposición de Bienes a favor del Estado. Cuando las entidades propietarias hayan ejecutado, mediante convenios con las comunidades afectadas por las obras públicas de que trata el artículo 1 de la Ley 56 de 1981, obras diferentes de las ordenadas por el artículo 3 de la Ley, el costo de estas últimas que haya sido aportado por la entidad propietaria se imputará al valor de su aporte al fondo especial de que trata el artículo 5° de la Ley.
