Las personas naturales o jurídicas que infrinjan cualquiera de las obligaciones a que se refieren los artículos 2º 3º y 4º de este Decreto, serán penados, según la gravedad del caso, con multas de $ 100 a $ 10.000, que impondrá el Ministro de Hacienda y Crédito Público. La Superintendencia Bancaria, la Superintendencia de Sociedades Anónimas, la Prefectura de Control de Cambios y la Jefatura de Rentas de Impuestos Nacionales tendrán especialmente a su cuidado el fiel cumplimiento de las disposiciones de este Decreto.
