Corríjase el numeral 11 del artículo 2.2.2.3.5.1 de la Sección 5, Capítulo 3, Título 2, Parte 2, Libro 2 el cual quedará así:

“Artículo 2.2.2.3.5.1. Del Estudio de Impacto Ambiental (EIA). (...)

Plan de inversión del 1%, en el cual se incluyen los elementos y costos considerados para estimar la inversión y la propuesta proyectos inversión, de conformidad con lo dispuesto en la Sección 1, Capítulo 3, Título 9, Parte 2, Libro 2 de este decreto o la norma que lo modifique, sustituya o derogue.
