El Director General del Instituto Nacional de Cancerología - Empresa Social del Estado, promoverá la convocatoria a través de medios masivos de comunicación a todas las Asociaciones de Usuarios para que se reúnan en la fecha y sitio que se les señale y a través del mecanismo que ellos decidan, elijan entre sus miembros, a las personas que las van a representar ante su Junta Directiva.
