Pos decretos posteriores y antes del 19 de julio del presente año, el Gobierno podrá crear y fijar las funciones asignaciones de los organismos y personal que no hayan sido incluidos en el presente Decreto y que fuesen necesarios para el conveniente funcionamiento del Ministerio de Higiene.
