° La tesis de grado será una monografía sobre tema jurídico concreto en el área escogida por el estudiante, si opta por el sistema de exámenes preparatorios, o en el área correspondiente al curso de especialización si se decide por este. El plan de tesis deber ser aprobado por un profesor de área respectiva, que designará la facultad y cuya misión será la de orientar y dirigir el graduando en la preparación y desarrollo de la monografía.
