El que cause daños en una vía férrea, en el material rodante de ella o en el que sirve para su explotación, será castigado con ocho a cuarenta meses de reclusión.

Incurrirá en la misma pena el que arroje cuerpos duros o proyectiles contra los trenes en marcha.
