º Los Directores, Visitadores é Inspectores de Instrucción Pública examinarán el referido libro en cada visita que practiquen á los establecimientos correspondientes, harán constar en el acta de irregularidades que encuentren, darán cuenta al superior respectivo y pasarán copia del acta á la autoridad judicial para que siga el juicio de responsabilidad correspondiente.
