Art. 2.º El Presidente de la República ejercerá el derecho de inspección y vigilancia sobre las asociaciones científicas é institutos docentes; y queda autorizado para suspender, por el tiempo que juzgue conveniente, toda Sociedad ó Establecimiento que bajo pretexto científico ó doctrinal sea foco de propaganda revolucionaria ó de enseñanzas subversivas.
