ARTICULO 116. Actos contrarios a la defensa de la Nación. El que en guerra, hostilidad o conflicto armado con nación extranjera, realice acto que propicie la deserción o cualquier otro delito contra el servicio de las Fuerzas Armadas del país o dificulte la defensa del Estado, incurrirá en prisión de cinco (5) a quince (15) años.
