Vigilancia y control. La Armada Nacional ejercerá vigilancia y control, en la medida de sus capacidades, sobre los contextos arqueológicos y los bienes sumergidos consignados en el Registro Nacional de los Bienes del Patrimonio Cultural Sumergido a fin de garantizar su integridad.
