Los Tesoreros Municipales se abstendrán de expedir certificados de paz y salvo por toda clase de impuestos que les corresponda recaudar a los contribuyentes que estén en mora de pagar el impuesto establecido por esta Ley y a quienes estén en mora con la Corporación por otros conceptos, para lo cual ésta les pasará las listas correspondientes.
