° De la conducta inmediata a la atención inicial de la urgencia. Una vez atendido el paciente, la entidad informará de manera inmediata a la unidad de urgencias del correspondiente nivel de Dirección Seccional o Local de Salud los datos sobre diagnóstico, severidad y necesidad de referencia del paciente. La unidad de urgencias del correspondiente nivel de Dirección Seccional o Local de Salud establecerá la condición del paciente y definirá los procesos a seguir.
