Disposiciones comunes. Para la elección de los representantes de las organizaciones de que tratan los artículos 7º, 8º, 9º y 1O del presente decreto, quien ejerza la secretaría de la reunión, se encargará de coordinarla y verificar que la documentación presentada cumpla con los requisitos exigidos en el presente decreto, así como de levantar el acta de la reunión. La Secretaría será ejercida por la Corporación Autónoma Regional respectiva, por las Corporaciones Autónomas Regionales conjuntamente o Asosierra, según el caso.
