El Ministerio de Gobierno presentará al Cuerpo Legislativo los proyectos de leyes necesarios sobre recaudación de rentas municipales, sobre legislación en materia de policia local, sobre rendición, examen y fenecimiento de cuentas municipales, sobre anulación, reforma y derogatoria de las ordenanzas y acuerdos departamentales existentes y sobre los demás puntos importantes que se presenten al poner en ejecución este Ley.
