Autorízase al Gobierno para que, dentro del plan general de desarrollo económico-social y regional, incluyan las obras que a continuación se indican, de interés para el Municipio de Lloró:

a)

Plaza de mercado cubierta;

b)

Matadero con frigorífico;

c)

Carretera Yuto-Lloró-La Vuelta;

d)

Obras de defensa de la cabecera municipal contra la acción erosiva de los ríos Atrato y Andágueda;

e)

Carreteable Mumbaradó-La Playa;

f)

Edificio para el Colegio Cooperativo Atrato;

g)

Hospital Piloto, para atender las necesidades de la región;

h)

Acueducto con planta de purificación;

i)

Villa deportiva;

j)

Casa de la cultura y biblioteca municipal.
