Cuando se haya terminado cualquiera de las obras de que trata la Ley 26 de 1945, la totalidad del Fondo Ferroviario Nacional se invertirá en las restantes hasta su conclusión, salvo lo establecido en el artículo anterior, relacionado con el Ferrocarril Troncal de Oriente. Comuníquese y publíquese.
