La División de Lepra estará a cargo de un Jefe, cuyas funciones serán las siguientes:
Organizar, dirigir, coordinar y vigilar todas las instituciones y actividades públicas y privadas relacionadas con la profilaxis y el tratamiento de la lepra en el territorio de la República.
Este artículo sustituye el 29 del Decreto número 25 de 1947.
