Art. 6.° Los empleados superiores tendrán, a su vez, la facultad de hacer extensiva la responsabilidad de la multa a los empleados de en dependencia, en la parte proporcional correspondiente, siempre que alguno o algunos de dichos empleados subalternos sean los directamente responsables da la infracción.
