LEGISLACIÓN ANTERIOR

Artículo 2.4.1.1.5.4. Refrendaciones. La Autoridad Marítima solamente tendrá en cuenta para estas refrendaciones, las licencias de navegación extranjeras que satisfagan el siguiente requisito:

Licencias de navegación o títulos expedidos por las Administraciones Marítimas de países parte del Convenio, en virtud de tales normas.
