º . Entrega de archivos. Las cajas, fondos o entidades de previsión social harán entrega de los archivos magnéticos, documentos y demás información que se requiera, para que el respectivo fondo pueda crear la base de datos necesaria para la elaboración y control de la nómina de pensionados. Dicha entrega se hará a más tardar en la fecha del corte de cuentas.
