Partidas de la Nación . De conformidad con lo previsto en el numeral primero del artículo 9º de la Ley 1002, las partidas que se incluyan en el Presupuesto General de la Nación con destino al Icetex, serán transferidas a través del Ministerio de Educación Nacional. Las partidas para créditos reembolsables pasarán a conformar el patrimonio del Icetex, y las demás partidas financiarán directamente el objeto del gasto para los cuales fueron creadas. CAPITULO III.
