Artículo séptimo. Los integrantes de las comisiones de reclamos a que se refiere el artículo noveno de la Ley 10ª de 1972, deberán acreditar su calidad de tales, mediante certificación expedida por el Presidente y Secretario de la respectiva Directiva organización de pensionados, cuya personería jurídica también deberá acreditarse legalmente.
