Comunicación fallos. Ejecutoriado el fallo que decide sobre la situación disciplinaria del inculpado en segunda instancia, se comunicará de lo resuelto al Comisionado Nacional para la Policía, a la Procuraduría Delegada para la Policía Nacional, a la Subdirección de Recursos Humanos y al superior jerárquico del inculpado.
