º La Sección de Becas del Ministerio y las Direcciones Departamentales de Educación estudiarán los expedientes a medida que vayan recibiéndolos; anotarán las deficiencias y errores de que adolezcan, los que harán saber oportunamente a los interesados, para que puedan perfeccionarlos. Desde la fecha indicada en el artículo anterior, no se recibirá ningún documento para agregar a los expedientes ya Introducidos.
