- CONTRATOS DE FIDUCIA. En virtud de contratos de fiducia, sujetos a lo dispuesto en el artículo anterior {art. 376 del Decreto 1333 de 1986}, también podrá confiarse a la entidad contratista la recaudación y el manejo e inversión de determinadas contribuciones o tasas. Si así ocurriere, la entidad que haga las veces de administrador fiduciario no adquiere por este solo hecho carácter público u oficial (Decr. 1333 de 1986, art. 377).
