El Gobierno Nacional deberá presentar a más tardar dentro de los seis meses siguientes a la entrada en vigencia de la presente ley, el proyecto de ley que reglamente los beneficios económicos periódicos de que trata el Acto Legislativo 01 de 2005.

Derógase el artículo 95 de la Ley 795 de 2003.
