Las entidades que con sus propios fondos han venido atendiendo los gastos del control fiscal ejercido por el Departamento de Contraloría, consignarán en la Tesorería General de la República, para abonar al numeral correspondiente de las rentas ordinarias, el valor anual de dicho servicio según su costo en 31 de diciembre de 1944.
