Calificación de la invalidez . La calificación de la invalidez se hará por la Sanidad Militar o de la Policía Nacional en las respectivas Actas Médico-Laborales, de conformidad con el Reglamento General de Incapacidades, Invalideces e Indemnizaciones de las Fuerzas Militares y la Policía Nacional.
