° La medalla, en sus tres categorías, tendrá cuatro centímetros de diámetro y llevará en el anverso la efigie y el nombre del ilustre doctor Enrique Low Murtra, y la expresión: “Al mérito en el servicio”. La medalla penderá de cinta muaré con los colores nacionales y ancho de dos y medio centímetros por cuatro de largo.
