Art. 31. Tendrán derecho a disfrutar de la pension:

Las viudas, mientras permanezcan en tal estado;

Los huérfanos, si son mujeres, mientras permanezcan solteras; si son varones, hasta que cumplan veintiun años.

Tendrán sin embargo derecho a la pensión los huérfanos varones que, aun cuando hayan llegado a la mayor edad, acrediten legalmente estar inutilizados para trabajar o proveer de otra manera a su subsistencia.
