ARTICULO 4.1.9.0.11 .- REGIMEN DE LA CAJA DE PREVISION SOCIAL DE LA SUPERINTENDENCIA BANCARIA. La Caja de Previsión Social de la Superintendencia Bancaria se rige por sus propios estatutos aprobados por el organismo competente y está dirigida por una Junta Directiva integrada por las siguientes personas: El Superintendente Bancario, quien la presidirá, los Superintendentes Delegados y dos vocales elegidos por los empleados y los jubilados respectivamente.
