El alineamiento de las vías y caminos respecto a las oficinas, tanques, llenaderos, etc., deberá ser tal que permita fácil acceso, cómoda y rápida circulación de los carrotanques y vehículos. Deberán preverse sitios adecuados para estacionar los vehículos, de modo que no obstaculicen la circulación.
