Tiempo del envío de un mensaje de datos. De no convenir otra cosa el iniciador y el destinatario, el mensaje de datos se tendrá por expedido cuando ingrese en un sistema de información que no esté bajo control del iniciador o de la persona que envió el mensaje de datos en nombre de éste.
