Modifíquese el artículo 583 del Decreto 390 de 2016, el cual quedará así: “ Artículo 583. Oportunidad para formular requerimiento especial aduanero . El requerimiento especial aduanero se deberá expedir y notificar oportunamente. En tal sentido, sin perjuicio de los términos de caducidad y de firmeza de la declaración, el funcionario responsable del proceso lo expedirá, a más tardar dentro de los treinta (30) días siguientes a la fecha en que se haya establecido la presunta comisión de una infracción administrativa aduanera o identificada la inexactitud de la declaración que dan lugar a la expedición de Liquidaciones Oficiales”.
