Con fondos del tesoro Público se levantara en el cementerio de Bogotá un monumento para guardar los restos del General Sánchez Núñez. El Gobierno incluirá en el Presupuesto de la próxima vigencia o abrirá un crédito por la suma de cinco mil pesos ($5,000) para dar cumplimiento a esta Ley.
