Art. 4º Los documentos por saldo del empréstito del Comité de pagarés del Tesoro, de 14 de Febrero de 1883, serán considerados, para su autorización por remates, conforme a la ley 87 de 1886 , como incluidos o asimilados á los pagarés del comité de tenedores de pagarés del Tesoro.
